1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jlevo ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlevo online gaming platform available at jlevo.app.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on jlevo, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jlevo.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jlevo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jlevo strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlevo, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jlevo or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on jlevo. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jlevo is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

• You must notify jlevo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jlevo recommends enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced account security.
• Accounts must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered under false names will be suspended.
• jlevo reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlevo are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jlevo supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• BDO (Banco de Oro)
• Metrobank

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. jlevo reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlevo account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by jlevo within one (1) business day of submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. jlevo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

jlevo does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jlevo bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jlevo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by you.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jlevo promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants who have not previously held an account on jlevo.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• jlevo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jlevo operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect the actual theoretical return rates of the respective titles. jlevo does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes.

By participating in any game on jlevo, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG and are entirely random. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• The house edge is inherent in all casino games. There is no guaranteed strategy for winning, and jlevo makes no representations to the contrary.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jlevo's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. jlevo's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. Cancellation of accepted bets is not permitted except where expressly provided for in specific game rules.
• jlevo reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or fraudulent activity.

7 Responsible Gaming

jlevo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlevo and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to jlevo immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jlevo platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlevo staff or other players.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by jlevo.

jlevo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, and to withhold any funds in such accounts pending investigation. Where illegal activity is suspected, jlevo may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlevo platform — including but not limited to the jlevo name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jlevo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlevo platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from jlevo.
• Use the jlevo name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any jlevo content.

Any unauthorised use of jlevo's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlevo's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlevo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlevo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jlevo's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlevo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jlevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jlevo's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

jlevo reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed or suspended account where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlevo platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlevo's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlevo will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jlevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlevo will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jlevo platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
